These terms govern your use of calibrex.bio (the “Site”), operated by CalibreX. By accessing the Site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. CalibreX provides protocol development and advisory services. Prescription-only compounds are obtained through your healthcare provider as needed.

Content on the Site is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, and it does not create a physician–patient relationship. References to compounds, protocols, or outcomes describe the general subject matter of our practice, not a recommendation for any person. CalibreX provides protocol development and advisory services. Prescription-only compounds are obtained through your healthcare provider as needed. Never start, stop, or change any medication, supplement, or protocol based on the Site without consulting your healthcare provider.

The Site is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. Access to CalibreX services is by application only, and we may accept or decline applications at our discretion.

You agree not to misuse the Site: no attempting to breach its security, probe or overload its infrastructure, scrape its content at scale, misrepresent your identity in an application, or use the Site in violation of applicable law.

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos, and the CalibreX name and marks, are owned by CalibreX or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to the Site; you may not reproduce or exploit its content commercially without our written permission.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Scientific understanding changes; content may become outdated.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CalibreX and its officers, employees, and advisors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, including any decision made or action taken in reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.

The Site may link to third-party resources. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting the updated version here, with the revision date above. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the courts of the United States.
