Privacy policy.

This policy describes how CalibreX (“we,” “us”) handles personal information collected through calibrex.bio (the “Site”). It applies to the Site only. CalibreX provides protocol development and advisory services. Prescription-only compounds are obtained through your healthcare provider as needed, under their own privacy and consent terms.

The Site is informational. You can browse it without creating an account, and we do not ask you for personal information simply to read it.

Technical data. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use these only to operate and secure the Site.

Information you send us. If you contact us or submit an application for access, we receive whatever you choose to include, typically your name, contact details, and a description of your health objectives. The application form is an embedded form operated by Quizell, a third-party provider that processes submissions on our behalf; its script loads from Quizell's servers on the application page, and its handling of your submission is also subject to Quizell's own privacy policy. For initial inquiries, we recommend providing general health objectives rather than detailed health information.

Client intake. If you become a client, we send you a private, single-use link to our assessment intake. It asks for detailed health information, including medical and psychiatric history, medications, supplements, and substance use, and lets you upload lab and test reports. Your answers and documents are sent directly to servers we operate ourselves, not to a third-party form provider, and are used only to design and supervise your protocol. Until you submit, your answers are saved only in your own browser.

We do not run third-party advertising or analytics trackers on the Site's informational pages, we do not set marketing cookies, and we do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Fonts and assets on those pages are served from our own infrastructure. The one exception is the application page, which loads the embedded Quizell form described above.

We use the information described above to operate, maintain, and secure the Site; to respond to inquiries and evaluate applications for access; to design and supervise the protocols of clients who complete the intake; and to comply with legal obligations.

We retain information only as long as needed for these purposes or as required by law.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the Site (such as hosting and the application-form provider), under obligations of confidentiality; or where required by law, regulation, or legal process. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information you have sent us by writing to the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and honor requests except where retention is required by law.

The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may revise this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the current revision. Material changes will be posted here.
